Stayed at a place in the center with a TV and close to Piazza della Signoria and Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Also 300 meters from Palazzo Vecchio. Cons: Couldn't find any cons, it was just perfect!

Stayed there for 7 nights, loved it. Roberto made everything for all of us. The location of the apartment was marvellous for our needs, very close to main attractions. Further, we were adjacent to Florence and restaurants.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air-conditioning kept the apartment at just the right temperature. The bed was extremely comfortable and the smart thermostat kept the temperature just right. The location was perfect, with many attractions just a short walk away. The apartment felt secure with multiple gates. Roberto went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent stay!

I had a fantastic stay at an ideally located apartment in Florence. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk, including restaurants and cafes. the apartment was clean and newly renovated. Roberto, the landlord, was very accommodating and made the whole experience easy. the master bedroom was quiet, and even though there were some street noises, it didn't bother us much. I am grateful for the convenient location and Roberto's hospitality. Cons: Not one thing! 🙌.

One small drawback was the noise at night from the nearby Mexican restaurant and Irish pub. However, the noise was easily blocked out with the AC on in the bedroom.

The apartment at Sant'Anna was absolutely delightful! The bedroom was cozy and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy for me to whip up a quick meal. And the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat! I really felt at home here.

The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the bathroom. It had a bidet, which I personally don't use, but I understand why others might find it useful.
